I m m u n i t y

I lighted twelve blue-black ravens
On the telephone wire of your milky sky
Daring you to shuffle by
Without a thought of me.
You, such a genius of flight
Could not deny
They were
Unfaced to the direction of wind.

You, such a fool of communication,
Picked up your cell phone
And speed dialed me.
"Stop mocking me!
Is what you would bark
If my answer rose
From hell or heaven.
Suddenly you remembered
The stunning wolfkiss orchids
You mailed three days late
To my coffin.
